At Goumatram, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our process and timelines.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another email once it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within India, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, national holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, weather conditions, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
A standard shipping fee of ₹49–₹99 (depending on weight and location) will be applied to orders below ₹999.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your order status.
You can also track your shipment from your account section on goumatram.com.

5. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

6. Delays & Issues

Goumatram is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect address details, or unforeseen events.
If your order is delayed beyond the promised time, please contact us at goumatram@gmail.com with your order number.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution (replacement or refund as per policy).
